VE.Bus Smart adapter (dongle)
The VE.Bus Smart dongle is two products in one:
First of all it is the Bluetooth accessory for our range of inverters/chargers:
Multi, MultiPlus, MultiPlus-II, MultiGrid, MultiGrid-II, Quattro, and the Phoenix series of inverters with VE.Bus port.
Once installed, use the VictronConnect app to monitor operation and use the system: change the input current limit and select Off, On and Charger Only mode.
Secondly, it can act as a voltage and temperature sensing device for the inverter/charger. This applies to all models.
In terms of surveillance, the device is a very good choice for use on trailers, small yachts and motorhomes, for which Color Control GX or Venus GX are a step beyond what is necessary.
